For years I struggled (was frustrated) with my internet service that (at the time) was being provided by a cable company (MediaCom). Almost every week there was some glitch/outage.Recently, Grand Mound Communications laid fiber optic cable in our neighborhood and invited me to join. Feeling that it could not be any worse (than what I had - MediaCom) - I switched.It has been over a month now and I can report that thus far I have not had a single outage and service has remained steady. This folks is how service should be. Thank you GMC!!!

I can't say enough great things about Grand Mound Communications. Every time I interact with them I have an amazing experience. Travis and Censury always go above and beyond their job expectations to deliver a comfortable atmosphere and great customer service. Would highly recommend.

It is a good internet service but I am I pleased with the side of service being, I have never gotten what I am paying for. I am paying for 25mb, the highest package for my area and I will be lucky to get 3mb for a download. It literally takes all day to download something of any large size. I have had it take 45 mins to download a 400mb item. Signal strength and everything is all great even for a speed test but I never get 25 when I actually download something of even atleast half the speed of what I am paying for.

Best internet company we've ever had! We have had hardly any issues since having Grand Mound Tel and the few we've had were resolved quickly. The small town service can't be beat, and the prices are great.
