Okay. Its a list office...... That said, it has a nice, small town feel to it. I have been in a few times for special mailings and what not, and always found the staff helpful and courteous. My carrier may not operate out of here, but this is my closest post, so enjoy having them there to help me out when needed.

Very disappointed; false reason given for non delivery; no obstruction as I was home all day and at the time posted for unable to deliver we were cooking on the grill on deck which overlooks mail boxes.

Lobby is to open at 1:30 after their lunch. I’m standing at the lobby doors, it’s now 1:37 and I can hear the entire conversation being held behind the desk, doors still not open

I sent a package in overnight mailing to my daughter and some reasonthe address I wrote got covered up with a different address to a completely different state. I did not authorize the address change.

The lady working the front counter is not ever very friendly but Lori is always so helpful and pleasant to work with! Lori makes up for the front counter lady. :)

Glenwood post office is unreliable and slower than anyother office in exsitance. It takes over a week to get a letter from omaha to glenwood, and half the time it gets lost.

If I could give a zero star I would! These people are awful, especially the post master. They're grumpy and disrespectful. They don't even follow their own rules. The small town hospitality falls short on them apparently. I very much wish there was another option of who could deliver mail so we didn't have to deal with them.

Would be nice if they stayed open until 5pm like most Mon-Friday businesses. Makes it difficult to do business.
