Rented an item from them. Had to work on it before we could use it. Was told we would get a four hour rental if returned by 5 pm, returned it before 4 pm and was charged the full 24 hours by a rude office lady.

My husband and I showed up to rent a lift. The two employees working were extremely respectful and helpful. My husband also mentioned that it was nice to rent from guys that have worked with the equipment and can explain how it runs. In the past he has rented from businesses that have no idea how to use the equipment.

If your looking for anything you might need to do a job around the house. Try this place out ! They have everything you can possibly want or need to do that job right! From lifts to trim tree's & the chain saws to cut them down with. Talk to Jeff Or Michelle they will fix you up with the right tool for that job ! Easy to find, easy to get in and out with no hassle. You can even drop off that old used oil you drained out of your car to them. They are happy to take it. Regards Steve Grant

I have shopped here many times. Rented equipment and made purchases of a lawnmower, which is great - better than the box store, a grill and pellets. I always get consideration when I am there. I do like this rental

The person I spoke with on the phone was incredibly rude. I was interested in renting a couple of tables for my son's 1st birthday. He made it quite clear that he was put out by the fact that I hadn't rented from them before and he was going to need to "take down a whole bunch of information." In addition, apparently the information on their website isn't accurate.
