833 4th Ave, Grinnell“Been banking with Wells Fargo for about 4 years now and haven't had many problems short of a few vendors screwing up and Wells Fargo quickly helping me clean up the mess.From the front counter tellers that have always been personable, to some of the bankers on the back-end that have helped look into loan options I cant vouch for Wells Fargo as a whole but I appreciate the local crew.Pros :ATM just inside the door allows for deposits as well.Mobile Check deposits24/7 Customer ServiceLGBTQ+ FriendlyCons :Some fees have been stiff for things out of my control.Parking can be annoying due to location.”

“Wells Fargo is a good Bank. This location is friendly and accessible. They have good hours. It is a clean establishment. They have a friendly staff.There's not a lot of people that work there. Lots of empty cubicles. I'm assuming most people do things online anymore. I'm just happy that there's a branch somewhere around still I've been Wells Fargo customer since 1994”

In a panic, I privately messaged Tammy Gregory, she was extremely helpful, kept me calm, helped me get a new temporary card since it happened the day before my vacation, and got a new card ordered for me. So thankful for her quick response and willingness to answer all my question!”
