It was a wonderful experience from the moment I called up till I walked out the door. A staff member cheerfully answered the phone and kindly answered all of my questions and talked about prices with me so I could get a rough estimate. I was greeted warmly by the staff and the lobby was clean, organized, and welcoming. While I was filling out the new client paperwork, a tech patiently waited for me to complete the form instead of trying to move forward with the history; it was nice not to feel rushed.During the exam I was able to express my concerns and the doctor took time to explain his findings in a way easy to understand and let me know all of my options. I didn't feel pressured to make one decision over another and I felt like I had the power to decide and they were there to help carry out a plan that worked best for Jax and me.Everyone I came in contact with that day made me feel like Jax and I were more than just a 12:15 appointment; I was stressed and worried and the way they interacted with me helped decrease my anxiety and they took the time to make it a wonderful experience.Simply put: high quality care and high quality staff.

The staff here are all so nice and very knowledgeable! They are very prompt and I’ve never had to wait longer than a couple of minutes for the vet. Unlike any other vet I’m been to over the years. The space is clean and the staff are all wonderful. Highly recommend!!!

Their front desk was welcoming, flexible and kind. This was our first experience taking our cats here and they organized health histories from past vet experiences smoothly. Dr Peters took his time with us. He let them listen to the cat's heartbeat and educated my kids about pet care. I got helpful advice about best practice for potential health problems and what to watch for/how to recognize them.

We have been going there for years. Always professional and helpful. The doctors explain things thoroughly and always ask if there are any questions. We have kenneled our dogs there a number of times and it is always a good experience.

I have been coming here for several years and their so accomidating,friendly, and willing to fit you in of they can. They are also so nice with my dog daughters. When we list one of our dogs 2 years ago to a train, they were very empathitic and helped with the process.

Our fur baby, Lucy, just had a dental cleaning as well as 2 teeth pulled. The clinic kept us informed of how she was doing and checked in on her the next day to see how she was doing. She was a bit loopy when she first came home, but was great the next day.They also have cared for our cat Greybear. They got us in quickly when he had an infection in his paw.I don't trust my fur babies to just anyone. I am vey confident that their health is in good hands.

Dr. Haban has always done a great job making me and my cats feel comfortable and is always willing to discuss different forms of treatment. Even Walter Payton who is still part feral did well there.
