This place is great.
I was able to locate a part I needed through their website and sent them an email about it. I received a follow up call within a half hour, and they had the part pulled and ready to go for me later that afternoon at an unbeatable price. The staff is very friendly and seem to genuinely want to help people. They even looked for an additional part that I asked about when I arrived. The part they checked on wasn’t in great shape, so they didn’t offer to sell it.
Extremely trustworthy business.

Worst experience ever the owner has anger issue problems this place literally scammed I literally put 100 dollars upfront for an engine just not to get the money back when I saw that the engine was not in good condition. This guy is a joke and a cheater

Called and talked to Mark & told him my situation, he had my car done in a more than timely fashion and I ended up with money in my pocket, as far as I am concerned we could use more auto repair shops like this, bottom line people we can trust. Thanks to everyone at Kar-Parts definitely a painless procedure ?

Was the worst place I've ever been. The staff was unprofessional and out right rude. They literally make it up as they go. They don't care about your situation and never mind the entire place looks and smells like a dump. Donr waist yout time with them. They will Just manipulate you out of your money.

Don't give this guy your credit card information up front! Very bad experience with this business and you won't get a refund for the wrong parts!! If you ask for a refund the guy freaks out and starts swearing at you!!! Very unprofessional, I'll never do business with them again!!!!!

I needed a Rim for my sons car. Annie was terrific, she found all sorts of options, she gave me great feedback based on her experiences and kept me in the loop during the entire buying experience because it wasn’t something they had in stock. I needed the part shipped to another location and Annie handled all of this for me and even followed up with the vendor to give me the tracking number. Excellent customer service, the entire team was great! Thanks for your help.
