Dr Bruce shupanitz is top notch . We have been a patron for too many years to count. Every visit has not been pleasant but bruce has always been honest and professional . I can say he has been able to extend/save the life of more than several of our pets ethically and resonably

We spent a week hunting (out of state trip) and one of our dogs came down with a fever, cough, and decreased appetite on day 5. We called and they scheduled an appointment for the next morning. They immediately called back and said that if we brought her in right away and left her, they would fit her in in-between surgery. We dropped her off, went to the local coffee shop and in under an hour the vet called to tell us results and how we needed to treat and that she was ready for pickup. After first dose of meds she was already more perky. Very grateful for their care and that they called back. Nice people and worth the short drive to Garner to get the care she needed.Before our trip I had looked up emergency vets, and when I called them, they said they were not open 24 hours, but you call and leave a message and the doctor would get back to you. Glad I found them and had it in my phone.

Managed to pay 50 bucks and not even get what we needed to be checked out, checked out. Very abrupt and rude service. Will not be coming back.

By far the best bet in North Iowa, he treats my cat like he knows it’s a part of my family, not just a pet. Very reasonably priced and responds in an emergency without seeming bothered by it.

Had an awesome experience, very down to earth and I liked that you can go In with your animal, the vet. I take my dog too you wait in one room and they take my boy in the other, don't care much for that! 5

I was in just the other day with my kids when we had to put our dog Gizmo to rest. I have never met such a sweet and understanding team ❤️ The beautiful urn and card I was given was absolutely heart melting, and they gave me a paw and nose print of my precious Gizmo I was so thankful. I wanted to get those before her appointment but unfortunately was unable too so I burst into tears when I saw they did it for me. I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. if anyone wants the best care for their fur babies I would completely recommend the Garner vet clinic. Thank you from all of us ❤️ The Peterson Family
