I have been coming here for over a year, and I love this office. Ms.Angie is THE best, if you get to go to her lane, you are lucky. Always great, loving, attitude, knowledgeable, and no matter what mood I'm in, I always leave with a smile. The office is clean, the lines are usually not long( 3-5 minutes wait). The workers I've come across are all good workers. No complaints :) But I just Love getting that extra care from Ms. Angie. Thank you Ms. Angie for always being so loving!

I like this post office. One of the only ones open on a Saturday. Employees are nice & the lines are sometimes long but not always. Went today at 9 when they opened and was in and out in 5 mins.

Horrible service. Had me waiting a whole f****** hour just for some d*** Asian guy to tell me there's nothing he can do about my package. What great help. This place needs to hire people who are actually willing to help instead of just saying there's nothing I can do. B**** LOOK UP MY PACKAGE AT LEAST & DELIVER TO THE RIGHT ADDRESS. I'm very un happy w the services , I've been going here for a long time this is the 2 time the d*** Asian guy cannot help me. If he can't do his job he should go to a simple job where he can comprehend how to do his job.

Poor customer service. The guy named Hue clearly did not even care about what I was saying to him as he continuing to sit there, joked around with his co-workers and played around with his pen. He then went and told me to wait for some one else to help me since he couldn't complete my request. Things got supper annoying since the 2nd guy didn't try to help me resolve my problem at all, he talked to me with an annoying tone which irritated me!

THANK YOU LYNETTE FOR THE WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. Ya'll it was my first time shipping things lol needless to say I Lynette made it very smooth for me. In a middle of a pandemic, things are expected to be a little crazy with the post office, however it wasn't the case for me, Thank you to all the hard working post office and front liners!

I had a good experience here. Although it was busy and there was a fairly long line, everything went smoothly and quick. I had to ship out a package and the older man helping me out was very nice and patient. Within 5 minutes, I was out of the post office. Thank you for making things not stressful and being very kind.

I've been trying to call the post office all morning. On several occasions the representatives would answer and hang the phone up. So unprofessional.

I've been coming here for 8+ years and overall it is a superb branch. Workers are courteous and efficient. Even when the line is super long, it still moves fast. Lobby looks fairly clean and well kept. Had to dock 2 stars for severe disorganization. Not only did they not redeliver a priority mail package, when I asked about it at the post office they were unable to find it?!

I came in today Thursday the 7th 2020 Just before 10am Was kind of in a rush and saw a long line and almost left Ultimately ended up deciding to just take the wait Waiting in line about 5 minutes a man who I believe might be the manager Wearing glasses around his neck came over and asked what I needed help with today and proceeded to help me out at self check out I filled it out wrong and he didn't make me feel rushed or anything just felt like all he wanted to do was help his customers Some of the best customer service received in a long time Thanks for making this trip 10x easier Wish I caught his name but thank you!

This is the first time I ever posted a negative review about anyone anywhere but I feel that other homeowners in Garden Grove should know about this. A postman from this facility was delivering my mail when a neighbor's dog that had come up on my porch, trying to get to my cat. (He has done this before) the dog must have got startled because it ran off the steps and nipped at him. Then my disabled son came to me and said that the postman was bit by a dog. I went outside to check on him and offered him some peroxide and a Band-Aid because it was such a small scratch like four little lines. It wasn't even bleeding enough to drip. The postman was rude to me and all I was doing was seeing if I could help. Then a couple days later, I get a notice taped up across my front door by the dog catcher trying to take my dog in for quarantine. My dog is a short little Corgi mix and she follows me everywhere. I was in my room getting dressed and she was right there crawling under my bed like she likes to do. When I was notified by my son of the incident. So I called the Animal control officer and let them know that it was not my dog. Then today I go down to the post office to pick up my mail because they won't deliver it to me. At least that's what they said. But since the event happened about every other day or so I get some of my mail, sometimes I get the neighbors mail. They are very unpredictable. So I go to pick up my mail and the guy I gave my ID to goes "oh you're the dog incident". I said I guess you could call it that. He goes I was there that day and you said it was your dog. And I said no, you guys asked if my dogs had their shots and I said yes, but the dog pound ask for my Corgi mix and it couldn't have been her because she was in my room with me. I told him that day when the it happened that I had had my mail stopped years ago and it wasnt my dog then either. The letter from Animal Control said in quotation marks a "little black dog". My only other black and white dog is a huge full grown husky. Anyway the guy at the post office... (I should have got his name) was very snide with me, then he straight out lied and said that all three of my dog's got out that day. That is a bold face lie because I would have known that. Because just adopting a new dog he hasn't really learn to listen that well yet and I would have had to go outside and catch him so it's obvious that did not happen. Come to think of it when I came out of my room both my large dogs were laying in the living room floor asleep. Anyway then he told me they sent me certified letters. Then he told me told me that I have to buy a PO box from now on. I told him no I'm not going to get a PO box. I take care of my disabled son and I also have health issues of my own, I am not going to drive down there on a daily or even a few times a week to pick up my mail. I'll just put in a change of address to one of my other kids homes. I'm sorry their employee got bit and yes if it happened on my front yard it is my property and I guess my homeowner's insurance will come into play here. But I'm not letting them take away my dog when it wasn't my dog. And it takes the cake that he stood there and lied about that how many dogs were there. And he also told me that this man's foot was all swollen up and he was bleeding everywhere. I saw the wound myself it was very minor. Makes me wonder if they're trying to set me up so they could win some sort of lawsuit or something. Well I guess I'll post here again later when everything that's going to happen happens. I'm not happy with these people right now at all.
