Unsafe drivers, who enjoy tailgating. Not once, but twice within a week on Hwy 61 Muscatine, IA. Trailer #1507 @ 13:30, 7/15. Guess your driver can figure out how to contact me. Wonder how brave he might be out of truck? Would have overlooked the second experience had driver. Reporting to FMSCA. Yes, CDL A holder as well.
