Store sucks they are slow, and claim to be open on Saturdays, but not yesterday. No posted hours, or a closed/open sign, if there was another option for paying a phone bill in town I would never visit the store. I've been told they can't even figure out how to transfer contacts from one phone to another

It was problem after problem and more work for her than probably worth or anyone would want to even be troubled with but she remained professional and helpful thro it all and gave me her undivided attention and customer support you wouldnt expect to get. I love Verizon but she was the reason i get to enjoy it even more with my amazing new pixel 6 pro and unlimited everything anywhere. Thank you for the amazing service.

They wouldn't honor a phone turn in claiming the phone was too old to get the $1,000 credit but the phone was only 15 months old. I'm thinking about suing them
