I went in to trade in my old iPhone for a new one a couple weeks ago. I had a longer wait than expected due to the system being down and Alexis was nothing less than professional about it. She got the problem fixed in a calm and friendly way! The customer service was great!

I came into the store, my phone was not giving me internet, couldn't make any phone calls or texting. So Thinking maybe I was late on the bill I stopped in. Erika asked if she could help me. I explained what was going on. It turned out I hadn't done any up dates since Sept 2022. (When I got my phone) Oh my lands, she went through everything and explained everything to me. Did all the up dates for me! Super nice and helpful young lady.
