We have had the best experience buying a used car from jim Baier, no pressure, answered all my questions and even the service department stayed over to make sure the car was safe to drive and general maintenance, even as going so far as to offer us a loner car if your rental had to be returned before it was done. Top job Clayton and Monica.

I just bought a 2022 RAM SPORT GT from Zach Dawson at the dealership and he was great! He worked hard with me to get the truck price on point and helped me take care of things needed after the purchase. I would highly recommend him and the dealership.

I just recently got a vehicle from this dealership and it is by far the best dealership I have been to you are greeted right away when you walk in no waiting everyone is welcoming and helpful. Kip helped me through the whole process he was very knowledgeable and helpful this was my first big purchase and he helped me get the best deal on what I wanted he worked with me and was patient. So if you even come by here look for Kip and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

So I recently have a 2016 town and country. The headlight went out about 2 months ago. Jim Baier fixed it and 800 dollars later 4th of July weekend goes out again call them and they said it could be a lens and how much is that 1,600 dollars. Took the van to where I use to live had my dad give it to a guy he know real well. Said lens was fine needed a new balis which was probably true and a new rubber cover to cover the back of headlight. All together 275 not bad I can’t complain where the hell do you get 1600 hundred from for just a lens that really pissed me and my wife off almost felt like you wanted more money from us apparently 800 wasn’t enough. I’ll admit I love the sales team but the service department needs a little help I was thinking about getting my next truck there now I’m not so sure I want to cause of there service department

Great place to buy a car! Clayton Varner was great at communicating and responding to my questions and concerns and working out all the details for our purchase. I purchased a Jeep to tow behind our motor home. Clayton and to my surprise owner James Baier came out and showed us how to hook up our Jeep! Great people that made us feel so thankful we made the drive to make the purchase! Thanks for a great experience!!

Jim Baier Inc is the only auto dealership I do business with. They have proven to me over the years to be honest, hardworking, fair, and will do anything to try to accommodate your every need and desire. Jamie Baier is one of the kindest, honest, friendliest, hardworking men I've ever met. I asked for a specific make and model with specific features, and he searched and found the exact car I was looking for. My salesman, Clayton, worked very hard to get me the best deal possible. He is a true gentleman who has been there to assist me with every detail, answers every question I have, even when I've asked some pretty silly questions, like why isn't the AC working, only to find out it was turned off. He just smiles and tells me it's OK. The business office people are also wonderful to work with. They too work hard to get the best financing for you. This company truly works as a team, and I'm proud that they are a local family-owned business. You won't find a better team to assist you when you are in the market for a new vehicle. I purchased a used car from them and can’t even begin to say enough good things about the experience. The communication via email, texts, and phone calls was wonderful. The people I worked with, Jesse, Clayton, Josh, Monica, and the owner Jamie were just great. Very friendly and honest. Even though they are a 90 minute drive from my house we will always look to Jim Baier first. Thank you all for everything.

Jim Baier always comes through with a great car buying experience. I recently bought my second car there and the experience was great. Kip was a great salesman to work with, Monica had all the paperwork ready to go, Josh made the signing easy (even though that’s the hardest part lol), and everyone we talked to was friendly and wanted to assist us. I recommended them when I bough my car in 2015 and I’ll still recommend them in 2024.

First off I want to say the salesperson Alan Hecht is a good guy and will do anything to help you and I like the way he treated us and finance treated us very well. As for the dealership and the way it’s managed is very poor. They don’t honor the pricing online that they show on their new inventory. As for the used inventory they very apparently don’t run their stuff through the shop or if they do it’s a complete joke. I should’ve looked over the car a lot better before we purchased it but it’s completely ridiculous the condition it was in. The vehicle was on the lot and offered for full retail price with the oil overfilled, low on the Toyota pink coolant, a garbage Chinese air filter, a leaking tire, mis matched garbage off brand tires, no valve stems, broken door pillar, dents and scratches from somebody trying to break into the car with a pry bar, filthy headliner, a tear in the passenger seat that somebody very apparently tried to hide with a black sharpie, no floor mats, broken glove box, no license plate bracket, and broken clips in the front bumper. Some of this was “fixed” like the broken door pillar, floor mats, plate bracket, and glove box. Moral of the story is we paid retail for a car that I have to spend quite a bit of money to sort out myself. If you buy used from these people go through it with a fine tooth comb because they cut corners!! Very happy with the car $1,500 later!

OH MY GOSH! I cannot believe how nice and helpful they were (Will and Monica) when my husband and I went there! They were so nice and friendly! I didn’t feel like a stranger walking into a new place, they made us feel like we go there every day. They didn’t make us feel like a number like most places do, they really wanted to help us. I had many issues with my current car and needed to find a different vehicle asap. They did an AMAZING job with finding a loan company/bank that would work with us. We walked away with a new truck! We appreciate them and their help so much!!
