Alrightni have been going.to this pharmacy over a year and it's hit or miss I have my dr call over my prescriptions then.dont go there until the.nwxt day i.go.to pharmacy and my prescriptions aren't ready mind this was the next day. I have my.dr call in my refills again i.have some left over so i.wait.a.few.days and I go.tjere.3.days after they have been.cslled.in and.therr not.ready again everyone is.nice at this place but they need to step it up i call at 905.in the morning tells me tells me to call back in a half an hour they need to step.it up there

What is happening with the Doughnuts? Specifically, the Glazed. The last month or so, the glaze is almost nonexistent. It really seems the donuts are made ahead of time and then refrigerated. Or baked too long. I called and talked with someone and was told they were training a new baker. Training is not going well. It’s been a couple weeks since I called and talked to someone about it, and they are getting worse not better.

Maybe you should change your slogan. There is not a helpful smile in every isle. Not even at the registers. The child that was bagging my groceries only did a few and walked away and didn’t put them in my cart. Not once have I seen her smile since she’s worked there. If I wanted to do my own groceries I would go to self checkout. She was not nice at all. Cashier was fine.

Our order was completely misplaced at the breakfast kitchen, after inquiring about it 30 minutes later and noticing that 5 other tables had been served ahead of us. Was then told it would be another 10 minutes. There was also another gentleman a couple orders ahead of me whose order was also misplaced. Mind you, this place was not busy at the time we had come in. The fact that I asked for my money back seemed to be an inconvenience to them and was rude. Zero stars.

A huge Thank you to the Catering/Deli/Kitchen staff for making sandwiches,chips, cookies and waters in less than 2 hours and delivering them to our family holding vigil at the bedside of one of our loved ones. All the family had been there for over a week and was totally exhausted and was in need of something like this. All your staff made such a huge difference in their lives and brought some comfort at a very hard time God bless you all!
