Ordered 2 pounds of Starbucks coffee. Manager couldn’t find the price so she negotiated one 12$/ lb.. paid for It and asked to have it ground.waitress went on to wait on 4 other customers. After that began to wait on more person that walked up.. I gave up and left, no refund or coffee. Called the store and got the “ let me transfer and put you on hold” game.. they did call me back and I requested they simply deliver it to me.. never received anything.. they have my $24 as well as the coffee I paid for..
