I'm pretty sure I've already reviewed Humburd, but I can do it again. Great folks and very tolerant of my missing appointments all the time because of my unpredictable life. This time was just an oil change. I was in and out with no surprises. Been avoiding auto dealership service departments for 35 years of auto ownership because they generally cannot be trusted, and although Fort Madison has honest auto dealerships, places like Humburd make it easy to avoid dealerships. You can trust this place and the people who have dedicated their careers to making it an honest business.

When everybody else told me no, these guys understood what I wanted as a driver of my car. They are passionate about vehicles as I am, and our happiness seem to make them happy. They really understand what it's like to be a car guy I guess. Or a car girl anyway. I would very highly recommend this place to do all my work. And I plan in the next month to have them work on my 2005 Mercedes BenzAMG C55

Originally asked for 4 tires. The morning of I ended up needing 5 for my camper.I dropped off all 5 wheels. They told me they'd have the 4 ready in a few hours and have the fifth done the next morning.Came in to pickup my 4 wheels and off handedly commented on the the one odd wheel was going to be a spare. They immediately offered to take the tire off the odd wheel and put it on the matching wheel.Definitely going to be doing business with Humbard in the future!

Super nice people, I had issues with donnellson tire taking my money an doing nothing to my car, I called humburds on a weekend! An immediately they got me in an were super friendly helped me out alot an got me back on the road! Im a struggling father an needed this car done!, donnellson tire robbed me for money I already didn't have an humburds made sure to help me an were very apologetic on the issue I had! I will be back for any work done to my car! Much love
