I’ve been coming to this location all my life , I’m 62.. I have 5 vehicles, I use this car wash a lot.. yesterday was told I must move my car because King Link was needing my bay.. their money must weigh more than mine.. I was there an extra few minutes waiting to jump start my car.. I felt pretty insulted by your careless attitude but, I’m going to obey your wishes. You asked me to leave, I did… I’ll never come back..

Sadly the owner of this establishment (all car washes in fort Madison) handled a problem I had with his dog wash with no resepect or responsibility. He just blew me off when I approached him nicley letting him know that there was no soap coming out of the dispenser. I wasted my money and ended up with a stinky wet dog. Months go by and I thought I would give it another chance because I like to support local small businesses and he did say the problem was fixed. I proceeded to deposit my money and again no soap.... I tried each cycle and just clear water. Little frustrating more so when he didn't seem to care. I politely called him again to let him know the results were the same and he said, " you are the only one who's ever complained about that". Odd since in our last conversation he stated there was problems with the soap dispenser but had been fixed. Would have been nice for him to offer all little reimbursement or at least apologize or something to show he cares and wants to keep costumers happy but I guess when you own all the car washes in town you don't really need to try to please one person. I know this is a petty thing but just wanted to share my experience with one of our local businessmen. I will sadly have to take my business elsewhere.
