I had an amazing experience working with this company. They went completely out of their way to help me find flooring that had previously been discontinued. I chose Floorcrafters in Ft Madison for my new flooring and couldn’t be happier that I did! Everyone there was great to work with(which is kinda unusual these days). The Showroom is updated, modern, inviting, customer friendly with a huge selection of various types of flooring. The sales manager, Lori was very knowledgeable, personable, patient and kind as well as Kelly. The owner, John Heyland, is fantastic, upbeat, positive and trustworthy. Best place for all your flooring needs. We purchased all our new flooring from Floorcrafters 24 years ago and all of the flooring has held up well. 5 Star ?

I had new vinyl flooring installed in our living room from Floorcrafters in Ft. Madison Ia. I have to say I could not ask for a better business to do my floor. They did a great job installing it, Josh , the employee who did the job was very very good at his job and was very knowledgeable about it.
All the employees and the owner were very helpful and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this business to anyone wanting flooring of any kind !
