Had both ball joints replaced, got charged $55 for each ball joint. Ball joints are only $5!!! Then when I picked up my vehicle the center cap was missing. Looked inside and it wasn’t in it, asked the mechanic about it. He said “ it must’ve fell off”. Then he walked outside and realized that I hadn’t even moved my vehicle! So without a word he goes into the shop and gets my center cap!!!! And it’s completely broken!!! He hands it to me and says “ oh that happens, they get brittle”. I’ve had the vehicle over six years and NEVER had an issue with the center caps!

Twice! Dunkin has come through when one's insurance fails miserably. Very reasonably priced and I called after hours.First time towed a F250 30+ miles, second time came to Nauvoo to unlock a car. Very friendly and courteous employees. Will use again and would encourage others to use them.
