Never had a bad experience with the staff. Actually my trips to BP were quite pleasant. The bathroom could be in better shape but overall, it's a good store.

This place is not open 24/7. Just tried to go there at 3:15am for a pack of smokes and they weren't open. All the lights were off inside and no open signs were on. So I see that being false advertisement in my eyes.

Do not buy their disposable vapes. Every time I've gotten one, its been a dud, and one even exploded in my pocket.

I can not tell a lie I frequent this place it's my go to I can't go there for cash back or free air but I can and do when those things aren't a need what I love is not only how nice they are, or how they recognize me, or how they let me know they are aware I frequent there and how they have said so they do what they can to make me feel they really do. They are reliable and nice people and I look forward to my next visit just cause they are who they are and I like to avoid ugly, rude or scary customer service at allll costs which won't be at BP.

Quick in and out. Excellent coffee in the mornings. Weird opening hours are clever. I think it's like 5:40 or 5:50. Not 100% positive
