Bartlett has old fashioned customer service. They are the best company I think I’ve ever dealt with!

I purchased an L&L kiln that had a Bartlett controller. Within a year and a half it failed. Had to take it off, box it up and pay over $52.00 to ship it back to them for repairs. And it took days and many emails to get them to decide to look at it. AND, it might not be covered under the warranty!I'm very disappointed in the quality and service!

Extremely helpful and informative technical assistance made short work of a confounding kiln issue. It is very refreshing to be able to call, and instantly speak with someone who knows their product intimately and is able to point you in the right direction.
