Materials and workmanship on porch screens. Management does not respond to emails with photos or phone calls for over 2 months. No one answered the phone @ 8:20 a.m. this morning, and at other times I had to leave a voicemail. I have called at least three times and still no response to my complaint.The job took 3-4 weeks for screen replacement, longer than we were told it would and was more expensive than the estimate but we paid in full.

Brought them some old basement windows that I needed repaired and didn't want to do plexiglass! They where fast friendly and cheaper than plexiglass! Very Happy and will return.
