“I purchased a used Avalanche from Jeremy at Mark's just about a month ago now. I've bought and sold many cars throughout my life but I've never had such a good experience with a used car dealership before, let alone one that I felt so compelled to leave a review for.
Jeremy was very transparent and honest about everything, letting me know that they'd done an inspection and tune-up at Mark's before listing the truck for sale. He was knowledgeable about everything and what had been looked over and it was apparent he knew what he was talking about. I had financing set up through my bank and everything about the sale went very smoothly. I drove from Kansas to look at the truck and was up visiting a friend so I wasn't familiar with the city. Jeremy had a great recommendation for lunch that my friend and I ate at and he was a genuine pleasure to work with.
Fast forward to last week and I got a package in the mail from Mark's. I wasn't expecting anything so I was a little confused at first but I opened it to find a nice stainless steel travel mug and some chocolate chip cookies along with a recipe and their contact info, just reminding me to reach out to them if I had any need for support. I've purchased brand new cars and never received that level of service, let alone on 13 year-old truck that the dealership isn't brand-loyal to. They really stand behind their sales and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.”
