Misses deliveries because they do not follow delivery instructions nor do they leave a notice when they miss the delivery. When calling you are never connected to a real human being and their website barely runs. Don't use UPS in this town.

In person, I have always received excellent service. Tonight I tried the phone option. Unfortunately, the bot could not understand me. I was told to try again and hung up on.

..DRIVERS WILL BLATENTLY LIE ABOUT ATTEMPTING A DELIVERY. CAUSING DELAYS WITH TIME SENSATIVE PACKAGES.
BECAUSE THEY SIMPLY DONT SHOW UP AND THEN LIE ABOUT IT, THERE IS NO "DELIVERY ATTEMPT" NOTICE LEFT AT THE RESIDENCE, LEAVING YOU WITH LIMITED, FRUSTRATING OPTIONS.

Worst ever. Never a live person to talk to. Hours are from 4pm to 6pm. Called and all I ever reached was a computer. It messed up my tracking number every time I asked and then it would hang up on me. Just wanted to know if I could pick up package that night. Messed up all my wife’s orders a couple weeks earlier which contained merchandise for our daughters wedding. Last time I use UPS

For some reason the delivery person didn't deliver a package to my uncle at a Care center in Dayton even though I verified I had the correct address. On line UPS wanted me to pay $7.99 for me to pick it up at the Customer center. I couldn't contact the center directly, just the $7.99 cost from the 800 number. So I drove 2 hours to Ft. Dodge to get the package. Before I could finish explaining about the problem, the customer service representative went and got me the package He said they been having a lot of new help. He gave me his cell number so now I can contact him directly. Awesome

I’ve never had any problems with my packages but just like FedEx kind of hard to find if you don’t know your way around because a little 6 & is easily missed going down the road at 35 mile an hour

I have so many complications with them. Perfect place to have your packages claimed as " delivered " even though they weren't delivered at all!!!

The gentleman’s that delivery my package today deserved more than 5 stars they were both very polite and they understood the situation and left the package where is safe to leave packages in the porch ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Editing my previous review, our biggest problems sometimes that we only review when people is bad but we should review them when they do good job as well, The reason of four starts not because this delivery was not good, on the other hand was excellent;but because of the failure of the previous delivery by leaving my packages in the basement door, because of that I had to be checking on UPS application since December 7, also every time they exchanged the delivery day the option of the leaving my packages on the porch was deleted and I had to put it again like 3 times or more so I think you need better computer system, and regardless an application specially for people that can’t use an application, I believe that you should still leave packages where is safe.But I thank you so much for having those two young gentlemen drivers again they deserve more than five stars.

I have done business with this service center for years have never had any issues with bringing in my returns and having a label printed but this afternoon at 430 11/17 when I went in with my box that I packed and taped and had ready with my label # on it to be printed I was rudely told by the woman behind the counter they don’t do that and I had ti take my package to a ups store. I told her I’ve done this many times she told me they have never done a ship where they print a label basically called me a liar. I left and I will never be back. I will call and file a formal complaint tomorrow with ups head office.
