Got some new tennis shoes here. They were extremely helpful, especially the associate Dylan. He probably pulled out almost 10 pairs of shoes for me to try on and was very patient as I tried on whatever caught my eye in order to find a good wide width shoe. Highly recommend this place!

Worker Completely ignored me after I didn’t let him put my shoe on for me to try. I did it myself after that. He totally was acting all weird and just didn’t even ask us if he could do anything else.

My husband and I came in to find him a pair of shoes and we left that day and came back the same day for another pair! The manager was very knowledgeable on my husband's needs as he has a fused ankle and requires certain things from a shoe. The service we received was remarkable! I offered a tip which was declined and was asked to do a google review instead! If you are looking for a high quality shoe selection with a high quality customer service, this is the place!

Went in looking for a pair of shoes for our daughter and was met with THE BEST customer service! Mr. Karver Kinne assisted us with measuring and finding a good fit for her! He even put the shoes on her and helped take them off, sprayed the shoes with waterproof/stain protectant and gave her a pair of socks to try the shoes with! He was super nice, extremely helpful and knowledgeable would highly recommended shopping here! Thank you Mr. Kinne and Tradehome shoes we had a great shopping experience!

If you need a good pair of shoes and service that is outstanding then you've got to go see julinao martini at tradehome shoes West Town Mall this guy waited on me hand and foot until we found the right pair of shoes and didn't even complain about my stinky feet this guy was awesome
