I took my Ford Explorer because the water pump was leaking. Hagen is cheaper compared to other shops.also very honest and excellent service highly recommend to everyone.

This small shop was able to diagnose and correct another shop's incomplete installation of a sensor. The owner/tech worked us into his schedule, confirmed the problem, checked part availability and was able to use the original part to get us on the road. We were lucky to have been referred to this shop. Definitely a thumbs up.

The nicest and most genuine person I have met in years. Not only did he go for a test drive with me and look at what I was concerned about. He then reassured me my car was doing fine at no charge for his time. What a great guy!!!! Thank you.

Awesome mechanic, I was getting my car from a friend of my mom's and I got it to Rob Hagens Auto to see what was going on with parts of the car. The oil was low because of the oil filter leaking and one of the employees got it easily fixed, one of the cylinders in the engine was misfiring it was fixed with a pressure check and then another cylinder did the same but it wasn't horrible and its common with an older car and the coolant area was leaking because of overflow that was fixed. But I honestly highly recommend this repair shop to anyone. This is my new mechanic because the prices for services are very cheap compared to other dealerships.Services: Tuning
