  I took my Ford Explorer because the water pump was leaking. Hagen is cheaper compared to other shops.also very honest and excellent service highly recommend to everyone.

  This small shop was able to diagnose and correct another shop's incomplete installation of a sensor. The owner/tech worked us into his schedule, confirmed the problem, checked part availability and was able to use the original part to get us on the road.   The nicest and most genuine person I have met in years. Not only did he go for a test drive with me and look at what I was concerned about. He then reassured me my car was doing fine at no charge for his time. What a great guy!!!! Thank you.
