Awful ? I even requested it to be redone. The second photo took my husband 5 minutes to get this result
Cleanliness: It was very dirty, and the owner didn't think twice about the service being so bad

They used to do a fantastic job but last 2 times the polish is uneven and they left calloused. Don't take alot of time with you.

These guys messed up 3 sets of nails. My mother, sister and I went together to get our nails done and my sister was the only one who left with her nails looking decent (a female did hers males did my mom and I nails). Now they didn't cover the nail when they painted them and my mom's were supposed to be all black and have snowflakes and a snowman and somehow she ended up with one white nail and the snowman was so awful she had him change it. Mine...he let me get up with my nails wet and I reached in my pocket and has fluffy stuff all over them (my mom's nail guy fixed it. I will attach photos but we are not happy. Never again.

I was super disappointed. I had the guy that’s 4th down I think and he did a terrible job. Didn’t seem to understand what I was saying so I showed him a picture and he still didn’t do what I wanted. Also my nails are all different lengths and shapes like noticeably different. And for all that the price was outrageous. I couldn’t tell him to fix coz he didn’t understand and I tried to call there 2 days in a row to talk to someone else about it however they never would answer the phone and I called multiple times during the day. So yea I don’t feel happy about my nails at all when getting them done brings me joy. :(Service: Acrylic nails

My sister and I both got dip with tips and within hours my first nail broke and she had two break the next day. They were done terribly, and looked horrible bumpy and uneven. When I called to see what they would do for me as I lived out of town (after calling 4 times giving my number being told someone would call me back) they told me they were unable to do anything without me being there to see (I offered to send pictures - which was “not acceptable”) and I was out of the window of their warranty for the nails which was two days. I called the following day twice and they said the person who I needed to speak to wasn’t there. The next two day I was told someone would call me back and asked for my phone number and no one called back. Do not go there and save yourself from an over priced poorly done nail experience :)

the price for the basic pedicure I received is same as a deluxe pedicure with scrub, hot stones, massage, and paraffin wax treatments in other places. They are ripping you off! My biggest issue was when the tech used his electric buffer to remove gel polish from my toes, instead of soaking them. My toes we hurting, I knew they were destroyed, so I asked for regular polish instead of gel, and they charged me $5 to do that! So bad, Im taking a break from it.
