Great service but heavily marked up products. 150 dollars for 2 clickers and a wall clicker which you can buy anywhere for 35 or less. Never buying products again.

Explain this nonsense? We had originally paid over $4,000 to get our garage door installed. Because it was installed in the winter time they were not able to do the threshold to keep the gaps out. I was told buy the technician not to worry about it because I had already paid for everything and they would not charge me to fix it in the spring.
Spring came and gone and two years later they finally showed up to fix it after numerous calls. Then I called to talk to them wondering why I got a bill when I was told everything was already paid for and they told me this was a separate charge and I had to pay again. I explained to them I wasn't enough financial debt right now if I had known they were going to charge me I wouldn't have had them come over and fix it!
So before 3 weeks is even up now I'm getting a notice that they're going to put a lien on my house? Who does business like this? Unless you want them to try to do this to you I would absolutely not do business with them! Everything was fine until they came back to fix what they had already promised to do!
We are barely scraping by but thank you overhead door for taking what bit of money we had for groceries I'm sure my kids will appreciate that! Don't tell customers one thing and then go back on it! Also you will be hearing from our attorney! Which might cost you a lot more then a threshold repair once they view our ADT camera footage! That is one service im more then happy to pay for! ??

Overhead door company in Fort Dodge are the best.My husband called them on Saturday night- Thanksgiving week because he was unable to close the garage door on his shed.Jerry and his crew arrived right away, work few hours in the cold snowing night and fixed the door! We appreciate them so much, job well done guys! We need businesses to learn from them about service and how to treat the costumers!Very highly we recommend them!

I had called and talked to the office person and asked if they charged for someone to come out and look at my garage door she said no they DID NOT CHARGE I had said I think it was something to do with the rollers and also explained to the office person that my husband has dementia and this was all new to me They came out WITH OUT notifying me put parts on and sent me a bill and the Garage door does not work I don’t know at anytime that a service person comes without calling the home owner so they can be there and give their consent to put parts on and if you can afford the service and the parts because we live on a fixed income very Poor Business!!

Had my garage door fail over the weekend. Called Overhead Door Monday morning at 8am and they made it my house that afternoon. They diagnosed the issue (a broken spring and frayed cables) and replaced both springs and cables in about an hour. They didn't try and sell me services I did not need and they even lubricated the door mechanisms. Overall great same day service, fair pricing, and courteous interactions. Only suggestion would be to make sure you call the customer before showing up. 10/10 would recommend.
