“It was busy for a Saturday, but staff were quick to be sure to get people's names onto a waiting list to be served. People did have to wait at least 20-30 minutes for service. Some people did end up leaving since it was taking a long time. Once served, we had great help purchasing a new phone, answering all our questions, and doing it in a timely manner.”
