“Easy to find since I am not familiar with the area. I was greeted when I walked in. The store is very well kept. Not the friendliest, but definitely not the worst. There was a wait before being helped, but that is normal. Had a slight complication. I was returning an item that I received through corporate. Because it was not purchased in the store, there was an issue on the return. The manager, Chase, was there to take care of it. Luckily, I had paperwork for it. I would return if the need arises again.”
“It was busy for a Saturday, but staff were quick to be sure to get people's names onto a waiting list to be served. People did have to wait at least 20-30 minutes for service. Some people did end up leaving since it was taking a long time. Once served, we had great help purchasing a new phone, answering all our questions, and doing it in a timely manner.”
“I was in desperate need of a new phone. But not being tech savvy at all, I worried about what that would entail. I needn't have worried, thanks to the associate who helped us-Jacob. He was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. He helped pick out the best phone for me and also gathered all the hardware I would need to go with it. He made what I expected to be a nightmare into a most pleasant experience. If you need help at Verizon, ask for Jacob. You will be glad you did.”
