American Family Insurance is a great company. We haven't had a lot of claims but Michael Buhr has been really good on the claims we have had. Michael Buhr is always there for you. Whenever I have questions I call him & he is more than willing to help me. He is always very courteous & friendly. His receptionist is very nice too.

Michael is a lazy, worthless agent. If you file a claim he his rude, arrogant, and extremely unhelpful. What is the point of having a agent if he wants you to do all the work for him, and can't even be decent. Acts like he don't even have time for you what so ever.
