I bought a car from them and bought the extended warranty for 2 years and spent $2,000 to get it. Last I knew the transmission is part of the drive train which should have covered the fluid. At my first oil change I found out the transmission fluid was burned but it wasn't covered under the warranty. The next thing to go wrong was with my next oil change I told the folks that my stability dummy light was on and could they check it out. Turns out it was a wheel bearing gone bad. Kemna quoted me $550 and I'd have to get a front end alignment too. For a wheel bearing? Are you serious? I got it done for a total of $408.55. That's still a lot of money for someone like me on a fixed income. How can Kemna get away with this? Next time I buy a car it'll be through Karl Chevrolet in Webster City Iowa.

The Kemna of Fort Dodge has been excellent to deal with since I purchased my vehicle there. Thomas in the service department is always friendly and helpful. He reaches out to inform me of what’s happening with my vehicle and makes sure I am taken care of. The help with a loaner vehicle while warranty work is being performed is extremely helpful for my situation. I always have a good experience when I take my vehicle there.

I had a real bad door ding and texted my salesman. I asked if I could leave it for a week while I went on vacation so they could fix it. He said, absolutely! I asked that they also detail it so it looked new again. When I got back, my car looked absolutely like it did when I bought it! And they filled up the tank

We had a great experience at Kemna Auto of Fort Dodge. We drove down from Minnesota to trade in a 15 year old truck on a 3 year old used GMC Canyon. Our salesperson Brody was especially great. We arrived later in the afternoon and he stayed well after closing to make sure all of our questions were answered. Everything went off without a hitch.

We were visiting from Colorado. Check engine light came on in my 2015 GMC 2500hd. Thomas, the service advisor was able to get us in quickly and completed the work the same day. The entire team was great. Kept me informed along the way and asked if I needed anything while I was waiting. Great experience.
