The vet dr rory is a good vet but the assistant abbey is so rude and disrespectful. I have been going to jrg for years. Someone like that should not be working n a vets environment

JRG is our one-stop-shop for feeding needs of our show heifers! Staff is courteous and friendly and they load up my purchases for me! If I need to special order, they keep me informed if it's on backorder or let me know when it will arrive!

Although the vet comes highly recommended the assistant ABBY is so rude and disrespectful, she’s snappy, short tempered and confrontational, does not care at all! Wouldn’t be surprised if many have stopped going there because of her negative and careless attitude!Although we have been there before she wouldn’t even give us the opportunity to make an appointment and told us to just go somewhere else without even knowing what we were trying to make an appointment for.I hope Dr Fredo sees this and gets a better assistant asap!

we lost our dog and made us very uncomfortable they didnt comfort you. put our dog in a dog in a box in front of us like he was garbage didnt care about our feelings i would not go to them ever again
