The tech that set it up was extremely helpful and personable.The service is outstanding as well, I mis-typed my bank info for auto payments and my payment didn’t go through and they called me and got it squared away very quickly instead of sending me out a letter.Cannot wait for them to be available at my office!”
“It was busy for a Saturday, but staff were quick to be sure to get people's names onto a waiting list to be served. People did have to wait at least 20-30 minutes for service. Some people did end up leaving since it was taking a long time. Once served, we had great help purchasing a new phone, answering all our questions, and doing it in a timely manner.”

“There is one problem with changing over from cable to WiFi it cost way to much just to turn off your cable for WiFi Internet 29$ but they charge 179$to switch and pay off Bill taxed not ok people”

“Easy to find since I am not familiar with the area. I was greeted when I walked in. The store is very well kept. Not the friendliest, but definitely not the worst. There was a wait before being helped, but that is normal. Had a slight complication. I was returning an item that I received through corporate. Because it was not purchased in the store, there was an issue on the return. The manager, Chase, was there to take care of it. Luckily, I had paperwork for it. I would return if the need arises again.”
