SIX people were behind the counter at the pharmacy and it took 30 plus minutes to buy a Covid test! The young girl with brown hair was super rude. The least they could have done is tell me when I was standing at the counter, that they would be with me in a minute. They all six ignored that I was even standing there. Costumer service sucked.

I used Hy-Vee floral for our wedding flowers and they turned out amazing! Rachel was super helpful and had the perfect vision. The flowers turned out even better than I had anticipated. The flowers were gorgeous and a huge asset to our wedding.

Pharmacists have been great as I have ordered items for patients and they have assisted me wonderfully every time. Great on working with Good RX as well as my own insurance lacks for my husbands meds.

Excellent grocery store! They have great hours that fit our busy schedule. They have an excellent selection of meat, produce and are very friendly and respectful. We also order groceries online and pick them up. My in-laws get theirs delivered. Fabulous floral dept and bakery too! I've gotten birthday flowers, live plants for my home and floral arrangements for my moms grave. If Hy-Vee doesn't have what you're looking for, they can often get it in for you if you just ask. We are very grateful to have a local Hy-Vee.

Have had some pretty messed up issues with receiving my medications correctly! Not getting the right amount or having my medications ready for pick up and they forget to give me all of them and having to turn around and go back. Sometimes there pretty unfriendly! They really need to work on there business. Its just not right! I have a condition that could kill me if I don't have my medications.

This pharmacy is always slammed but the staff do their best and are always polite. I am in the medical field myself and have never had any issues. I truly appreciate their service.

I love Hyvee for their sales and good customer service I have no problem at all with Hyvee itself BUT the floral department SUCKS! I ordered flowers for my mother’s 88th bday and I have never been so disappointed! The delivery fee was $25 ok I could deal with that. But when I asked for $40 in fresh flowers that’s what I expected NOT a $12 vase and 2 flowers! I did get my money back and will never use the floral department again! Everything is very high priced and I can go to Becker’s and get a plant for $20 that Hyvee charges $60 for! Becker’s came through for me for moms bday the flowers she received from them were TRIPLE what Hyvee could do!
