My girlfriend’s wallet was stolen so she went into the bank to deactivate and order her new card after the card arrived she deposited money back into her account to use her card. Come to find out the stolen card was not deactivated by the bank so a pending transaction from the stolen card went though and took 1000 dollars from her account over-drafting her account 500 dollars. Now we have to wait until the transaction is completed pending to dispute the charges. Afterwards we will be looking for a different bank for her.

Very rude teller that was misinformed, undertrained, and very unhelpful. If you want your assets handled by professionals, I would recommend going somewhere else.
