I waited for 2 hours to get my oil changed. I was third in line to start. After the service my vehicle had dirty hand prints on the steering wheel and my drivers side floor mat had dirty foot prints on it. Thinking that management needs to work on more efficient, quality service.

I don't know how to justify at times why I come back. I’ve had several issues over the years but I’m sure you can check my past comments. This time, I had oily hand prints on the inside door panel which I’ve had before, but I just wiped it off before I left the building. The most disturbing this trip was oily foot prints all over on the drivers side floor mat. Really, your tech comes out of the pit and can’t wipe their feet off, it appears he was wearing a waffle soled shoe as that’s the pattern that’s on the mat.
I come to a professional shop to avoid these kind of issues but unfortunately the joke is on me. I wasn’t going to say anything until I got your request, I hope I’m not wasting my time sharing this.

Excellent service work, prompt communication & follow-up. Received detailed report of repairs and maintenance conducted. Comfortable waiting area that I was able to office from. Fountain pop, cookies, and cold bottled water was also available in waiting area. Couldn’t be more satisfied. Great people!
