Called last week to get a rough estimate for a repair. Took my Name & # .... was supposed to call back and did not. Very unprofessional and lack of common courtesy. And I've been a customer of this business in the past. If they don't want the work or can't do the job, then at least call back and let a person know. A person by the name of "Mike" runs the front desk ... the person before him (can't recall his name) who is no longer there would always call back.

Brought my vehicle in for leaks which they did fix but when I got it back there were obvious issues with the cooling system and upon my own inspection i found that they had put a stop leak product in my antifreeze. They claim they use stop leak in all their antifreeze as a preventative measure. Fast forward a week and my car is leaking antifreeze again, turns out the radiator was leaking as well as the water pump. Weird how it happens a week after the initial service. Anyways, get the radiator/water pump replaced, go pick it up and not even a mile from the shop my vehicle is so hot it goes into limp mode so I take it straight back. They offer to replace parts they replace parts they already tried replacing to remedy the issue. They swapped out the radiator, thermostat but I still have the same issue and when I called to tell them they more or less said they didn't see any issues and that I'd need to come in and basically prove it. So here I sit with a car that can't even keep itself properly cooled in sub freezing temps and 1900$ out of my savings for services that inevitably are going to cause me to get rid of my vehicle.
