My husband tried to transfer 2 phone numbers and purchase one phone. They charged him $250, but could not finish transferring the phone numbers. After failing to finish it on the next day, they sent him to Des Moines. In Des Moines they managed to do it (one of the phone carriers was reluctant to allow to port the phone number). He was charged $250 again. They never reimbursed the money they took initially even after a few phone calls to the company. It is hard to believe that they do not know how to return money. We are very unsatisfied with our experience. I wish it had not happened to us at this time. After a month of use we decided to switch to a different provider.

The manager Lexi suggested since I was white I should go to another store, I am appalled by her blunt racist suggestion. I can tell cricket is not the type of place I want to take my business I'm switching to another carrier.
