Got harassed for wearing a backpack. The person at the register was super rude to me. If you don't want backpacks in your store please put up signs instead of harassing people. I won't be coming back

Absolutely horrible. The 2nd assistant manager will ID only certain people. I've worked for the company and I know what the ID policy is. Basically if you question their age get the ID she only asked someone for their date of birth and let him purchase whatever with out showing his ID when I called her out she immediately was rude. The first time I had an issue with her I couldn't tell what flavor of cigars they had and she looked pi**** that she had to read them. I will not return so long as she has any manager position

I go to Casey's usually 2 times a day for pop b4 work and either on lunch break or after work for cigs and whatever. The rewards program is pretty cool too.
