I HAD NO ISSUES. I WAS OUT IN LESS THAN 2 HRS. HOWEVER, I DID GO IN AFTER AN HR OF WAITING. ALWAYS GET OUT YOUR TRUCK AND ASK QUESTIONS. I NEVER JUST WAIT. SOMEONE GOTTA TELL ME SUMTHING

Had appointment for 9 am, was 30 minutes late due to weather issues. So now they’re working me in. No trucks in sight and I’m still waiting to get unloaded. I believe they forgot me, so went in and or course at 1:30 they’re out to lunch. No trucks for 2 hours I know of and it’s 2:10 and still no trucks and I’m still waiting to get unloaded. Totally ridiculous at this point. Walked in finally got a door and still waiting to get unloaded. What the hell is wrong with this place. No trucks since I’ve been here and they just find it hilarious to compromise me getting another load for the weekend. People aren’t mean, but fake nice and forgetful. Because it’s a holiday weekend I’m stuck until Tuesday for my next load. Didn’t have enough time to get here in the first place and weather didn’t help at all.

Long and slow unload process, I've been here over 4 hours and they still unloading my trailer. Will never come here again, no matter what the load pays !

Here's the deal...
They open at 7 am, and if your lucky, they'll start unloading you after 8.
Brought in 3/4 of a load of chicken and I waited 1/2 past their alleged unloading time (8 am) an hour later and I'm still waiting!
Don't get in a hurry here because they only know one speed and that's reverse!
It's a first come, first serve facility and they have overnight parking.
I would strongly suggest you get here to be one of the first trucks in because of you don't, you'll be wasting half of your day waiting on these slow and lazy people!

Got here at 7am. 1 truck in front of me. He left at 8am. Dock is open, but still waiting. The office woman was rude, Ignoring me when I brought paperwork to her when checking in. Cheap freight rates to haul this product, too. I will not be back.

Fcfs place if your bringing fresh meat it’s treaty to get in the door but they can guide you in which is better. People there are nice.

Check in a little after 7am was told they don't start unloading until 8am was out by 930am. Everyone was very polite and gave very good directions to the door and they gave me a paper with directions to the nearest truck was and trailer washout which is less than t miles away
