The communication they have with you is on point throughout the whole process. I wasn't sure I could trust anyone with my baby but rest assured they did an excellent job. The techs worked their magic and my car looks like the day I bought it. I even had some odd requests that they seemed glad to accommodate (pretty sure I was a pain). “Can't say enough good things about these folks. I took in a 4r100 that we were having trouble getting the remanufactured pump back into place. Not only did they solve the problem, they identified a fatal machining error on the newly purchased pump (bought elsewhere). Alex did a great job explaining the situation and went above and beyond on his fix. If these guys say something, believe them. This is not your normal shade tree mechanic, Fort Dodge Transmission and their techs are professionals. 100% will return my business for future transmission repairs.”
