Paid about $1.5k more or less for my 2 vehicles in the span of 6 months. If I would’ve known they were doing quick fixes I could have used that money for the new engine my car is needing replaced. Both cars are still same condition as it was when we brought them in if not worse. Went in Feb for my Cruz due to over heating and was told I needed my water pump & thermostat replaced. they checked my head gaskets but said they were fine. Went back in September for over heating again and was told I needed my water outlet housing replaced so I agreed. left the shop 10 minutes later my car was on the verge of overheating again when looking at the engine we realized they replaced an original part with a completely different part that didn’t fit. I was not made aware they broke it. My car was shaking & my check engine light back on & it was telling me to service my traction control. The owner ended up replacing the hose and replaced the thermostat to make it “right” but at the end of the day I paid over 1k just for my Cruz alone and it’s still not fixed! Don’t even get me started on my Lexus! Would not recommend!

Thought it was a great experience and that he went above and beyond to get us taken care of....until we get a few months down the road and the loud exhaust issue that he repaired came back. Upon having it fixed again, we learned that instead of replacing the flex pipe on our jeep, he tack welded and used silicone to "repair" the exhaust leak....who uses silicone on an exhaust pipe?Service: General repairs & maintenance
