I got a TV and stove from them in March. In September checked on how much was still owed on the TV, was told it was only $5. The next month they took the full amount, then again in November and December. I called to talk to them the lady on the phone was short and rude. She talked down to me like I had 2 brain cells bumping together.

We have ordered a washer and dryer set and the dryer broke and they took it to fix it months ago the first time I called they said they sent it off to be fixed was told it would take a couple of weeks it's been months the 2nd time I called same response the 3rd time I called they said it was because of the Corona virus the 4th time and it still has been months they told me we didn't have the dryer back because they changed there name I want respect and non rude customer service and or my money back cause I've been paying for a set and I only have the washer

We went Aaron’s on Saturday, in the market for a NEW washer and dryer! Found a set on the show floor that I liked and asked very clearly if the set was new and was told yes, it hasn’t left the store. Tonight the delivery was made, we received no help getting the old washer out, they did not help hook up the new ones, show us how it operates or check to ensure all was in good working condition! Upon inspection of our receipt they brought tonight it says the dryer was preleased! Yet we are buying it at a new dryer price! I am very unhappy and expect this to be rectified!
