“Had a strange I phone shutdown, was unrecoverable. US cellutin Forest City was a great help! Megan tried to recover my phone, determined it was toast, got me set up with a new one, had me up and running quickly but we had trouble transferring data from the old damaged phone. Came in the next day, Tabitha Peek was able to get all my contacts, notes, watch setup and issues solved quickly!

“My “old” (4/22) died during a family emergency today, & I had to run to buy a new phone in Forest City, IA! Amy, who recognized me as an old customer, IMMEDIATELY knew what I needed! She dashed around, picking my phone, case & protector, then proceeded to set my new phone up, transferring ALL the contents of my “old” phone without even a glitch! SHE WAS WONDERFUL, & my bill was HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS LESS THAN WHAT I WAS EXPECTING!! I will be FOREVER GRATEFUL TO THIS BEAUTIFUL YOUNG WOMAN!! And THAT’S precisely why I keep going back to Craft Communications! (Btw, my old phone was a gift & from another store!)”
