If I could give 0 star's I would. I called and emailed them both when my 4 year old was have emergency health issue's and they never called Mr back or responded to my email. Now my dog is dead she passed very early Saturday morning. And it could have been prevented. Not only did I call this vet but 3 others in the area and not one of them called me back ?. It's very upsetting to know if your fur baby has a emergency you better hope that it's not after veterans shop hour's because you won't get any help.

I have always had a great experience and received friendly service at the Forest City vet clinic, but I recently had an emergency that required a call after hours on a Saturday. I talked to Dr. Gene about my dog and was very frustrated with how the call went. I understand that it was a Saturday and after hours, so I may have been interrupting personal plans- however, it’s not fun for me as a customer to have to call for an emergency either. I did not feel comfortable with the feedback he gave me. I ended up calling a different vet because I received no helpful answers from Dr. Gene. He did give me a call back later in the evening to check on us- which was very much appreciated. Overall my experience here was great with friendly front desk staff, but unfortunately I’m not sure I will be continuing to take my dog here as in an emergency situation I felt like I was not helped properly and made a priority.

My cats love coming here especially my boy cat he loves the vet they treat him with love and he loves the fact that they call him handsome. I highly recommend bringing your pets here. They staff are very nice too.
