I appreciate John Yutzy always accommodating with getting my car always. He's great at customer service and appreciate his willingness to work with me. Shout out to the mechanics also for the great work they do as well.

The service department is so much better since John took over. Although the prices are pretty high lately, that's the companies fault and not the department itself. I don't like waiting on my car anymore since the waiting area is right outside of the restrooms (Stinky) it needs to be moved back by sales.

Have bought 3 trucks in the past year from Tracie at the Forrest City Auto Center. Tracie is great to work with! Simple straight forward answers and great communication throughout the ordering/ purchasing process.
