Nice people but the worst in the area. It’s so cluttered. You can hardly walk thru the isles. There is no cohesiveness to the store if you drive down the road to the garner location they have it together. I don’t know what the problem is. I’ve lived in Forest city for 3 years now and it has never gotten better. ?♀️

I was able to get the couple items I needed. The 3 stars is because the limited options for my items needed. I also noticed the isles were filled with products just waiting to be put on the shelves and was difficult to get around as well the two things I came for was blocked by the products waiting to be shelved. I also took under consideration the shortage of staff, but this is common occurrence over some years. I feel that the corporation should get creative in regards to getting their products on the shelves instead of staying in the isles. One suggestion would be to stock after hours vs having the 2 or 3 day employees stock in-between customers.

I am not a fan of dollar general , shelves are empty and the stuff you need are in boxes on the carts in the middle of the isle you can not move threw there , today I had to open a box. Myself to get coffee , how about putting all that back , bring out one cart at a time and un pack that , or hire some one just to stick the shelves face palm

Could be better but is pretty good. One of the guys who works there is very friendly and gave out candy on Valentine’s Day and is always very helpful! The things I need are usually in stock, except for Arizona tea , it’s just a bit disorganized. Some cashiers are kind of slow or rude but there seems to be new employees all the time.

The manage at the forest city store is "AWESOME" and very helpful.!!!!!!

The store is small and cramped. Boxes are all over making it hard to navigate throughout the store. Their sign states that masks are required to be in the store but yet their own employees are wearing them down past their mouths or are not wearing them correctly by not covering their mouths and noses.

It is supposed to be a somewhat cheap place but the reality is that the prices are more expensive than the same Walmart
