It was fun and relaxing, they got rid of the wooden playground though. Idk why when there was kids that play on it and there was more kids this year. Other than that it was great ?

My wife and I took our two sons, age 10 and 7, here for the weekend during Farmington’s Strawberry Festival. We had a great time at River Valley and really enjoyed the quietness of the campground. Our boys loved all the horses people were riding! The owners were very personable and made us feel welcomed. We will definitely be visiting again!

Love River Valley & the people there !!! It's a gem for this part of the country for sure !!! Its pretty much my (& my horses) second home. ? weather you are an equestrian or not, you will enjoy yourself.

Super accommodating. If you need a place to camp, or rent a cabin this is the place to go wether you have a horse or not. Bathhouse was super clean. There was lots of people there when we were there, but it was very quiet at night no wild party. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

This is a very nice place to have an event. The Lode was air conditioned with a place to serve food, and plenty of space for people to sit etc. There is a nice.porch with plenty of places to sit, and a nice little playground area for the kids to play, and a big fire pit to have a bonfire. I didn't stay over night, but there are also nice cabins to rent. You could make a mini vacation here I think.

A gem of a place for horse lovers situated next to the river! The owner was courteous and kind. Camping is in a beautiful location although the outside "bar" on the premises is noisy.
