Was referred to williams by rpm for our volvo. He did a thorough check but didnt charge me since he couldnt fix the a/c. Its a dealer only fix. He & his wife are great!

Best service I have ever had, hands down! Thank you Mark for everything. 2 1/2 hours away from home and helped out when was pretty much stranded. He got me back on the road in just a few hours. After a test drive, he found other big issues and gave price, he was so reasonably priced that I came back down for him to fix the rest. Fairfield Iowa, you are lucky to have a mechanic that is honest and truly cares about his customers!

Fantastic service I had missed the appointment for him to fix my truck the day before but he was still able to fit me in whenever the time was good for me! it cost me less than I thought it was going ! to the service everything was wonderful I would highly recommend Williams automotive . I'm definitely taking my truck Back when it needs anything fixed . Also They had just set up a new system for their billing a computer and I was the 1st one to be put in and it was fast got my receipts And now I'm in their system ! Thank you so much Mark and Sam I will definitely be seeing you again

Mark and his crew are great people to deal with and do a thorough job looking over your vehicle to make sure it is safe to operate. He doesn't just do the repair or service and shove you out the door, he takes the time to look things over that might otherwise go unnoticed until a potentially catastrophic failure. Some people may see this as an attempt to increase the bill but it really is good to know and consider when something like a major suspension, steering or brake part may be ready to fail at any time.Services: Steering & suspension repair
