Went in with a positive attitude. Left with the worst haircut of my life. Full effect? More like full regret. Never take your kids to get their haircut here, they will get bullied at school. Seriously the worst haircut ever. 0/10

The lady who cuts the hair is skilled, understands the needs of the customers and will give you the haircut you desire. I would recommend her 200%. This is the first time I'm super satisfied with my cut. Nice friendly light conversations a very minimalist and modern ambience.Highly Recommend!

This is the best hair spot in Fairfield, also Nicole is very friendly! The Solon has a nice and cozy family friendly vibe. 10/10 I would recommend.

Nicole at Full Effect is awesome! I've been going to her for years and she does a great job. I don't have easy hair to color and I have quite a bit of it - she always takes her time and parts thin slices so my hair color looks natural. I've visited several salons over the years and many do not - let's just say she never makes me look like a cheetah l(yep this happens - frequently). She's also great with kids. I included a couple pictures of my son and his fancy new do. Her prices are super reasonable. You have to check her out!!
